Binghamton police arrest man for burglary, tried to steal the game system

Binghamton, NY (WBNG) – Binghamton police department arrested a man for burglary on Tuesday.

The Binghamton police department arrested Donald Whitman, who has no permanent address. He was accused of grade two.

According to Binghamton PD, on March 4, at 13:50, the officers responded to 37 prospect Ave. for a ratio of an in progress. Upon arrival, the officers located Whitman in residence.

Officials reported that the inhabitants of the house have heard noises coming from the ground floor. They found that Whitman entered the house and stole a video game system.

Whitman was arrested on the spot, and the game system was recovered. He was notified at Binghamton City Court and released.
