Stryker reveals the Steri-Stry 8 personal protection system to stimulate safety, comfort

Washington (DPA-AFX) -Stryker Corp. (Syk), a medical technology company, announced on Tuesday that it has introduced the Steri-Shield 8 personal protection system, the latest addition to the personal formation of protective equipment.

Developed throughout the years of research and collaboration with health professionals, the system aims to improve the safety and comfort for care teams and patients.

The Steri-Shield 8 system has a reddish helmet with three contact points for an adjustable match, improved visibility with a wider field and a cooling fan targets the front and back of the neck.

It also includes a more elegant battery, a more efficient charging station and three toga styles that provide Aami 4 protection in all critical areas, ensuring maximum fluid and microbial barrier protection.

Syk currently trades Premarket at $ 392.15, down 0.69 percent or $ 2.73 on the New York Stock Exchange.
