Man accused of legal sexual crimes in the south of Wake County

Raleigh, NC (WTVD) – A man was accused of sexual assault against a minor, the Sheriff’s office in Wake County said on Tuesday.

Jhensen Luis Cruz-Arroyo, 25 years old, was accused of statutory sex with a child by an act of abuse for adults and crime.

The investigation began on December 27, when the deputies received a report of an alleged sexual aggression that took place in the south of Wake.

After an investigation and discussions with the Wake County District prosecutor, Cruz-Arroyo was accused.

He was arrested on Tuesday and is detained at the Wake County Detention Center.

No other details were launched.
