The towing truck driver shot during the apparent road anger incident accused of assault

Springdale, Ohio (WKRC) – a tow truck driver shot during an apparent incident of road anger is the orientation.

Charles McCrolum is accused of assault For the incident of February 9.

According to judicial documents, McCrolum and a female driver could have cut each other on I-275.

In the red light from the exit to SR 747, McCclum is accused of leaving his tow truck and sprayed the female pepper spray driver while in her car.

He pulled a single shot, hitting McCclum. He led to where he worked, where he called 911. He was taken to the hospital.

The female driver was found that evening and brought to the Springdale Police Department. It seems he does not face the accusations.

McCclum is about to appear in court on March 5.
