The man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulted 12 -year -olds ordered to give buccal buffer after recent hearing

A man accused of sexually abducted and assaulted a 12 -year -old girl in October was ordered to give a buccal buffer while waiting for a court on Tuesday.

Danylo Boldon, 24 years old, is facing a number of criminal behavior of grade I. He was arrested by Minneapolis police on February 4 and remains in arrest. The bail was established at $ 300,000 with conditions or $ 500,000 without conditions.

Boldon was initially perceived on January 30th.

According to judicial documents, Minneapolis police responded to a report of a 12-year-old disappeared on October 8, but did not find it.

Later that evening, the police responded to a report of someone calling a ringtone to a separate residence and found it on the girl.

The girl told the officers that she was abducted and raped by a stranger. She added that the suspect had grabbed her, put it in a small black car, drove around and finally let it approach a Burger king of Avenue Hiawatha.

The victim was taken to a hospital, where the staff performed a sexual assault exam and took pictures with her wounds. She also told authorities details about the attack.

The judicial documents claim that the girl was interviewed at Cornerhouse, where she said that the suspect has a hand tattoo that was either a rose or spider.

DNA on the victim’s body appeared as a match for a Wisconsin offender, identified as Boldon. His last known address was listed as in Minneapolis, but the police think he is currently homeless.

Boldon had a prior contact with the police forces in Minnesota, where his tattoos were photographed – he has a rose tattoo on his hand.
