Following the incident, the protests broke out in Alwar, the villagers organizing manifestations outside the residence of the police superintendent, demanding justice. A delegation from IPC (M), including the Politburo member, Karat Brinda, visited the grieving family and condemned the police action. “The police acted without a mandate, used excessive strength, and in their brutality, a child was killed. The party also accused the state government led by the BJP of allowing police excesses and marginalizing vulnerable communities.
