Police are afraid of other victims as a man accused of sexual attack

Ottawa police services say there is concern that there could be other victims after a 47 -year -old Ottawa man was accused of more sexual assaults and a forced prison charges on Wednesday.

Police said Brice Piyau was accused following an investigation launched by the sexual assault team that started in October 2024.

“The accused is approaching the post-secondary international students with Russian to help them with their immigration process,” the police said in a statement.

“Investigators believe that other victims can be.”

He was accused of sexual aggression, sexual assault with a weapon, sexual assault with threats, forced prison and fraud under $ 5,000.

“We recognize that the realization of these types of reports can be difficult,” the police said.

“Ottawa police would like to reassure anyone who wants to make a report that we take all these offenses very seriously and we have available support.”
