Man Lockport arrested for theft, weapon charges

Lockport – The Criminal Investigation Bureau of SP Lockport L -arrested Jaquan J. Wright, 29, from Lockport, on March 4 for multiple accusations, including deletion in the second degree, the second degree threat and the criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degree.

The investigation started on January 3, when the Criminal Investigation Bureau received a threatening complaint that involved a pistol on Dysinger Road in Lockport.

Authorities have established that Wright forced partial entry into a residence, threatening several people with a black gun.

An arrest warrant for Wright was issued by the Court of Lockport.

On March 4, the Office of Criminal Investigation, in collaboration with the working group of the US Marshals, located and arrested Wright on Chapel Street in Lockport.

At the time of his arrest, Wright was found in the possession of a 9 mm gun without a series and a high -capacity loaded magazine.

Wright was taken to SP Lockport for processing before being transferred to the Lockport Police Department, where he was detained for the cover.
