In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the company announces that, on February 28, 2025, the issued share capital of the company consisted of 116,347,803 ordinary shares of NIL PALA (“Actions“).

Consequently, the total number of voting rights of the company is 114,290.510.

This figure can be used by the shareholders of the company (and others with notification obligations) as a denominator for the calculations by which they will be asked to notify their interest or a modification of their interest in the company in accordance with the orientation and the transparency rules of the FCA disclosure.
