2 men searched in theft of $ 15 million in jewelry, home coins at Ramona Winery

Ramona, Calif. (KGTV) – Two men are sought about to be a burglary from February at a guilt, where nearly $ 15,000 were taken in jewelry and collection coins.

Sano County Sheriff’s office said on February 23, around 4:00 pm, two men entered a house at Hatfield Creek Vineyards and Winery – in the 1600 block of Route 78 – and took the articles (similar to those in the photos below).

The two thieves were described as heavyset.

Sheriff’s officials added: “The sheriff’s deputies also received reports from two nearby wineries about the suspects seen on their properties on the same day between 15:45 and 17:00 an investigation later revealed that none took place at those wineries, so no reports were filed.”

Given the incident, the deputies carry out additional patrols at the Winets in the Ramona area, as a caution.
