Carson City deputies make arrests for obstruction, drugs

A 30 -year -old man was arrested on Wednesday for the suspicion of crime that obstructed an officer and a violation of alternative convictions, according to a reservation report of the Carson City sheriff’s office.

The deputies responded to 11:12 at West Winnie Lane for a man’s report outside a screaming and screaming apartment. The reporting side identified the man to shipment.

A deputy who arrived was walking around the apartment building to try to locate the man, who was found between two vehicles. The report states that the deputy asked the man to come to talk to him, the report shows.

The man came out, putting his hands in his pockets and jacket. A deputy asked the man to take his hands out of his pocket for safety. The deputies were advised that the man is known to have a knife on him and there was a BB gun in a car he would have taken from the vehicle, according to the report.

The man continued to put both hands in different pockets in his pants. A deputy offered to the man multiple requests to get his hands out of his pocket. At this moment, the man began to move away from the deputy with his hands in his pockets, he shows in the report.

The officer advised to send that he had a man at the point and asked the man to stop. The man continued to move away. After giving more verbal commandments to get his hands out of his pocket and not leave, the deputy advised that he would be cut if he continued to go. The man was detained and inserted into handcuffs.

The deputies began to investigate the scene and located an empty box of aerosol powder and a box that was 3/4 empty, along the path that the man was traveling. When the suspect was sought, a box full of aerosol powder was found on his person. All three boxes were of the same brand and size. Removing aerosol powder is usually blocked/inhaled, trying to reach a high level.

The deputy advised to send that the man was in possession of dust removal and DAS was advised, placing him in order to violate the pre-process search/supervision. He had a condition of not using/holding inhalations (dust removal). He was also arrested for obstruction based on his refusal to submit to the officers’ commands. Sea: $ 3,000 in cash.
