March 1
Charles Andrew Harmon, 60 years old, from Old Charlotte Road, Taylorsville, accused of legal rape of grade I.

Tyler Louis Howe, 37, from E. Edison Drive, Statesville, accused of delaying methamphetamine and a drug crime.

Thomas Grayson Shoemaker, 21, from Alpine Circle, Statesville, accused of holding methamphetamine, offenses carrying a hidden weapon and a drug crime.

James Whitley Nathaniel Stokes, 38, from E. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, accused of holding cocaine and a drug crime.

March 2
Chelsea Nicole Millsaps, 33, from Childers Road, Cleveland, accused of two accusations of methamphetamine of traffic, holding with the intention to manufacture, sells or deliver a substance controlled by Annex II, holding a substance controlled by Annex II, holding an offense by an offense.

Brian Thomas Miller, 41, from S. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, accused of two accusations of traffic methamphetamine, possession with the intention to manufacture, sells or deliver a substance controlled by Annex II, holding a substance controlled by Annex II and a crime of wrong drugs.

Lane Alexander Perry, 31, from Childers Road, Cleveland, accused of two accusations of methamphetamine of traffic, possession with the intention to manufacture, sell or deliver a substance controlled by program II, holding a firearm by an offense, a crime that transports a hidden weapon and a drug crime.

Dillon Lynn Pharr, 29, from Deal Lane, Statesville, accused of attacking ordinary crimes.

March 3
Adalberto Amaya Duron, 45, from Fayetteville Avenue, Statesville, accused of Larceny, obtaining properties by false claims and two charges of Larceny Delt.

Thomas Timothy Komley, 19, from Carriage Drive, Harrisonburg, VA., Accused of holding methamphetamine, maintaining a housing or vehicle for controlled substances and a drug crime.

March 4
Bridgette Shane Beaver, 36 years old, from Brantly Acres, Mooresville, accused of holding methamphetamine and a drug crime.

Cole Patrick Gibson, 22, from Harvest Ridge Way, Conway, SC, was served with four offenses.

Stephen Dennis Horner, 51 years old, from Goldenrod Lane, Statesville, accused of holding methamphetamine, crime resists or delays an officer and two drug offenses for crimes.

March 5
James Whitley Nathaniel Stokes, 38, from E. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, in charge of selling or delivering a program controlled by program III and possession with the intention to manufacture a substance controlled by program III.

March 6
Dominique Marquay Foster, 27, of Cedarhurst Drive, Charlotte, Charged with Two Counters of Possession With Intent To Sell a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Dweling or Vehicle for Controlled Substances, Sell Oriver Controlled Substances With 1,000 Feet of a School, Flee or Elude Arrest in A Motor Vehicle, Two Misdemeanor Drug Offenses, Misdemeanor Resist or Delay An Officer, offenses of crime crimes.

Arlena Ann Ritchie, 29 years old, without fixed address, Statesville, accused of holding methamphetamine and a drug crime.
