Lakeside Circle claimed, in their initial process, this word of the pending break of 1.5 million square meters, near Hall and Schoenherr Roads, has led to business opportunities and will continue to do so for several years.

A Sterling Heights spokesman said the city was satisfied that the parties were able to reach a quick solution.

“The dismissal of the process allows everyone to work together for the common goal of developing the city of Lakeside in what promises to be a mixed use transformer development, as provided by the approved master’s development plan,” said Melanie Davis, Community Relations Director for Sterling Heights, in a statement.

The agreement requests that all the parties work together with good development faith, said Bernard Fuhs from Butzel law firm, representing OOTB.
