A man from Birmingham has been closed for nine years for sexual abuse two boys in the 1980s and 1990s. Raymond Tomb was in 20 years when he assaulted boys when they were both under 14 years old. The crimes came to light after one of his victims spoke to a family member of what happened.

Officers at the West Midlands Police Protection Unit were informed and began to investigate the charges.
