Govt Union tells the High Court of Karnataka

It is claimed in the grounds that the E -mails containing this content have been issued to a large number of staff, associations, sellers and competitors, which led to an irreparable reputation and psychological damage to the employees concerned.

In addition, it is claimed that, despite the registration of the FIA ​​on 09.11.2024, the police did not make effective measures to identify the accused person (s), forcing the company to move the jurisdictional magistrate with a request to monitor the police investigation. After being directed by the court, the police submitted a status report indicating that no concrete or efficient measures were made and the use of the mutual legal assistance agreement between India and Switzerland was not made.

Pleadoaria aims to issue a direction to the Police to collect all the necessary information and documents regarding the sender of the criminal mail, through the mutual legal assistance agreements between India and Switzerland, in a time related to time.

In addition, the pleading aims that the police are directed to request immediately the issuance of rogatory/legal applications through the Jurisdictional Magistrate, to the Federal Justice Office, Switzerland, to provide all the relevant information and documentation regarding the sender of the offensive Email.
