Man accused of two charges of sexual assault after the incident involving two girls at Preston Bus Station

A man was accused after the police received a report on sexual assault in Preston.

Lancashire Constabulary received reports that two teenagers were sexually assaulted at the Preston bus stop shortly after 5:15 pm on March 6.

A 45 -year -old man from Preston was arrested under the suspicion of two accusations of sexual and public aggression, causing fear or violence.

Michael Dalby, 45, from Charnock Street, Preston, has been accused of two charges of sexual assault and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior, with the intention of provoking fear or violence, following consulting with the criminal prosecution service.
