Masked, blinks money and singing Adele in a stolen car

Men filmed themselves at speed in stolen cars and holding money coins

A robbery tape was closed on Thursday (March 7), after filming in stolen cars and broke in houses.

Stevie Lakin, 20 years old, trim Dale, 22 years old and Mason Wall, 18, all from Wakefieldperformed 37 robberies in Yorkshire over a nine -month period, Yorkshire Live reported.

Gang recorded images of some of their crimes on their mobile phones – so when they were finally arrested, the police had a file file that helped put them behind bars.

Videos released by the West Yorkshire police show that the speed band while celebrating their steal and singing. In a clip, one of them says “we are in a 72 Mitsubishi plaque, it is a rammer” before entering “someone like you”.

In another clip he sings “I found love in a hopeless place” by Rihanna at the wheel of another car.

A third clip shows one of the gang wearing a Balaclava and whispers “Take Your Time”, while another climb on the window of a property.

In another video, one of the men seems to boast the income of their activities. “Boys with old salaries, a single engine,” says one, holding a wool of 20 pounds in hand.

Other clips show them reaching speeds of 158 km / h in one of the stolen cars. And shouting “smoke” and “hold up” while running on the road at 97 PMH – without hands on the steering wheel.

Now, three members of the band have been closed – but the police still hunt two other suspects.

Stevie Lakin, 20, from Westfield Lane, South Elmsall, Wakefield; 22 years old Dale from West Street, South Kirkby, Wakefield; And the 18 -year -old Mason Wall from Chapel Close, Wragby, Wakefield, all said culprits from Leeds Crown Court for conspiracy to commit theft with the intention of stealing, a number of theft homes, two charges of attempted theft and three charges of theft.

They were related to 37 robberies in Pontefract, Upton, South Elmsall, Castleford, South Kirkby, Wakefield, Hemsworth, Skellow, Barnsley and Crofton, November 30, 2023 and August 6, 2024.

Finally, they were arrested in August 2024, after stolen a tablet from a utility vehicle, which was followed using location services at a nearby address with the three criminals inside.

Lakin was sentenced to nine years and six months, Dale obtained two years and eight months in prison, and Wall was sentenced to three years and four months. The police still hunt two other people trapped on the pictures – one of whom bears the name Barlow.

Detective Sergeant Lewis Hibbert, from Wakefield District Crime Team (DCT), said: “These men were responsible for a significant number of crimes in both the Wakefield district and across the South Yorkshire border.

“I know the concern that the crimes of burglary cause in our communities and I hope that the victims and the wider public are sure that these men are now behind bars.

“After their initial arrest, we were able to link this group to a number of other thefts and theft from the offenses of motor vehicles and to build sufficient evidence to ensure that they were immediately charged and arrested, preventing more offenses.

“While they were in arrest, my team was able to gather evidence about the involvement of Lakin, Dale and Wall in 37 additional burglary offenses.

“Their phones were confiscated and there were several photos and videos that showed the group that commit offenses and speed in the vehicles they stole.

“Two men are present in videos that have not been identified as part of our investigations so far. Anyone recognizes any of these men, one of whom is called “Barlow” in pictures, is urged to contact. “
