12 indictments taught in Scioto County

Portsmouth, Ohio – A large jury of SCIOTO County issued 12 public drafts on Friday, accusing more people with crime and crimes, from the possession of drugs to an criminal attack, prosecutor Shane A. Tieman announced on Monday.

The great jury, which convened for his January 28 mandate, returned the indictments following a review of the cases presented by the local law enforcement. Their defendants and charges are the following:

  • Christian Tyler30 years, from Columbus, is facing two charges of criminal attack.
  • Johnny Shane Warner51 years old, from Portsmouth, was charged with the charges of holding cocaine, holding a compound related to Fentanil, detention aggravated by drugs and modification of samples.
  • Samantha sheets38 years, from Lucasville, is accused of illegal transmission of drugs of abuse on the grounds of a specified government installation and the aggravated drug possession.
  • Martin Horsley33 years old, from West Portsmouth, is facing an criminal aggression, an aggravated aggression and two accusations of attack.
  • David Rissell25 years old, from McDermott, was charged for a number of criminal aggression, an aggravated aggression and two accusations of attack.
  • The banks of the tray32 years old, from Sciotoville, faces charges of criminal aggression, having weapons while in disability, manipulating evidence, aggravated threats and domestic violence.
  • Earl Evans45 years old, from Portsmouth, was charged under the charge of strangulation and domestic violence.
  • Jesse Parker41 years old, from Portsmouth, is facing a violation number of a protective order.
  • Piatra Shane53 years old, from Portsmouth, was charged for a violation number of a protection order.
  • Tyler Burchett33 years old, from Minford, is experiencing accusations of strangulation and violence in the family.
  • Davies Jackson57 years old, from Portsmouth, has been charged for two charges of telecommunications, a number of theft and a number of theft.
  • Terry Hall64, from Chillicothe, is experiencing accusations of drug detention and illegal use or detention of drug parafernal.

The cases will now go to the Court of Pleasure Communications in Scioto County, where the defendants are expected to enter the pleasures, once their documents have served.

An indictment is not a conviction and all the defendants are supposed to be innocent until they prove guilty in a court.
