Videos show Organized Crime Commission in New Mexico Raid 2 Cannabis Dispens

A video from the beginning of 2024 shows the raids of two dispensation of “cannabis revolution” Albuerque, accused of selling without license.

Albuquerque, NM – a video from the beginning of 2024 shows the raids of two “Revolution Cannabis” dispensation in Albuerque, accused of selling without license.

One near Central and Juan Tabo and the other Coors Old in the South Valley. Investigators have taken more than one million dollars in the product without license. The employees on the site mentioned the same manager.

The lawyer of the Bernalillo District and the chairman of the organized crime commission, Sam Bregman, says that the indictments will soon come to this case.

“From the store, it seems to be a typical dispensary, but we still know that the criminal organizations have infiltrated,” Bregman said.

Drugs and human trafficking are the main priorities of the commission. Investigators have prevented at least five stash houses in Albuquerque and nine massage salons, since the Commission started again in 2023.

“The number of stash houses in Albuquerque and I explode the mind when it comes to human trafficking, it is at unacceptable levels,” Bregman said.

They also saved more than 200 migrants at risk of being treated during the “operations interruption” in 2024.

Bregman says that the Commission supports a draft law on trafficking in persons in the legislature at this time, making it easier to prosecute crime.

“It is a contemptible, contemptuous crime for the trafficking of human beings and work or sex,” Bregman said.

He says the effort will take more funding.

“Given the proper financing, I truly believe that we can be an example for the country when it comes to combating organized crime,” Bregman said.
