A special armed police party on Wednesday (March 12, 2025), wiped out a store and enhanced four people, while three were able to escape after a three -hour high drama, in the heart of Chittoor Corporation.

According to eyeballs, a group of six young people, led by a local trader, reached a children’s mart, next to an Idbi Bank branch, in a mini-invite, with a “press” sticker at 7:00. The store occupies two floors, while the owner’s family lives on the third floor. While the group entered the store climbing the roof, the owner, Chandrasekhar, noticed them and immediately informed the urban police.

Before the police arrived, the intruders threatened the owner with a gun – I think it is a dummy firearm – and they hit him on the head, causing bleeding injury. However, when detecting the police approaching, all the intruders, including the local trader who led them, rushed to the store and hid behind the shelves and goods.

While the police entered the store, one of the suspects – the trader, who was an opponent of the store owner – led to the first floor and tried to jump in a building next. However, he fell to the ground and suffered wounds. A large lot of locals and police managed to catch three other suspects while trying to run, while two others escaped. Another account suggests that the number of fugitives could be three.

Unknown on the nature of the weapons held by the intruders, the superintendent of the police VN Manikantha Chandolu, who personally took part in the operation, requested the conduct of a specialized octopus team. A unit stationed in Tirumala began to rush to Chittoor. However, before the arrival of the Octopus team, the Local Police has already completed the operation and launched a massive search for the remaining suspects.

The police confiscated the mini-valley used in crime, along with a few firearms, which are still verified as real weapons or dummy. The four arrested suspects were taken to the unique police station for interrogators. The owner of the injured store received outpatient treatment at the Government District Hospital.

According to preliminary information, of the six people who were employed by the local burglary trader, three were from Anntapur and three of the Nandyal district. A police officer rejected the speculation that the gang was from Karnataka or other states.
