The teenager found guilty of attempted girl murder, 13 years old next to A63

The jury has previously heard that the girl was attacked while traveling with a group of friends near the Humber Bridge on November 1.

Prosecutor David Lamb KC told the court the behavior of the defendant before, during and after the attack, “he showed that he meant to kill.”

He said that a row broke out between the victim and another girl, which led to the victim who wants to leave.

Another boy showed him the way home, when the defendant ran after them and told the other boy to go, the criminal prosecution said.

Mr. Lamb claimed that this was part of a plane to isolate the victim from others.

He told the jury that the defendant had pretended that he would go to the toilet before producing the sword in the waist band and started the attack saying, “I’m sorry I have to do this.”

The court has heard that he claims that the boy has offered £ 20 by one of his friends to attack the girl following an argument.

Asked by Defense lawyer David Godfrey about the attack, the boy said he “just wants to hurt” the victim.

The criminal prosecution said that it was his decision to stab, not only once, but once 10 times.

“It was his intention to kill her,” said Mr. Lamb.

The report of the forensic pathologist said that the victim “was extremely lucky not to lose his life as a result of the attack,” he added.
