Five arrested following the massage investigation in Michigan City

Michigan City, ind.-The sheriff’s sheriff’s biro reports an investigation with several agencies on illicit activity at Michigan City and Trail Creek massage salons led to five people for prostitution charges.

The investigation was led by the drug working group in Porte county and included the Michigan City Police Department, the Sheriff’s office in Porte county, Trail Creek police department, internal security investigations (HSI) and Laporte County Prosecutor’s Office.

The law enforcement forces have focused on the reported illegal activity that happens on several units.

The report provides under cover officers with the working group of drugs in the county have reserved massages, but discovered the criminal activity.

Authorities say meetings offer the foundations of prostitution accusations, which leads to search warrants.

The report states that social workers and assistants have worked together to provide advocacy for victims and a variety of social services to women involved.

At Green Spa and Massage on Franklin Street, Zhangping Chen and Xiaozhi Zeng were arrested and charged with prostitution, a A-MoundaM.

At Elements Massage on Franklin Street, Lihong Zhu was arrested and accused of maintaining a common problem, a level 6 offense, while Juan Xia was arrested and charged with prostitution, one-way.

At Ruby Massage on the US 20, Yiqun Chen was arrested and accused of prostitution, a model.

Local law enforcement have added that they remain employees not to stop only illegal operations, but to provide a path to safety and stability for those trapped in these circumstances.
