Ex-bishop closed for boy sexual abuse at Swansea Church-Channel 4 News

A former bishop of Swansea and Brecon was closed because he sexually abused a boy while he was a parish priest.

Anthony Pierce received a four -year sentence after being guilty of five indentable attack charges dating from the late 1980s. Only 18 months ago, the victim finally revealed what happened. But it was shown that a different statement from sexual abuse against Pierce was related to the figures of the upper church, before being made a bishop.
