Eubank man accused of sexually assaulted minor girls, police reports

Pickski County, Ky. (Lex 18) – A man in Eubank is experiencing rape accusations, after he is assumed to have sexually assaulted two minor girls, according to the Sheriff’s office in Pick.

Officials detailed that, on the night of January 4, the deputies responded to a call of a missing 14 -year -old girl from Science Hill. A deputy found the missing girl in a truck with a man, identified by the police as Marion Adam Pence, 28, in a church parking lot.

During an initial investigation of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Sheriff in Pulaski County, together with the Detective Branson Patterson, the information and evidence were collected in this case.

Officials added that Pence was then accused of rape of the third degree and detained on a bond of $ 100,000.

Following subsequent investigations, Patterson found that Pence sexually assaulted a second victim, who was supposed to be 11 years old at the time of the alleged offense, according to officials.

An arrest warrant was obtained on March 12, officials reported, and Pence was accused of rape of the first degree, the victim under the age of 12. Pence is now detained on a second bond of $ 125,000.

The investigation is ongoing by the authorities.
