Man accused of sexually assaulted 2 minor girls

Pulaski County, Ky. (WKYT) – A man from Pulaski County is accused of sexually assaulted two minor girls.

According to the office of the sheriff in Pulaski County, the deputies responded to an appeal of a missing 14-year-old girl from Science Hill, just before midnight, on January 4, 2025. A few minutes later, a deputy located the missing girl in a truck with Marion Adam Pence, 28 years old.

After an investigation of the Criminal Investigation Division of Pulaski County Sheriff, the deputies accused Pence with rape of the third degree and were deposited in the detention center in Pulaski County.

The office of the sheriff says that, in the days following his arrest, the deputies became aware that Pence sexually assaulted a second victim in this case, which was eleven years old.

The deputies then obtained an arrest warrant for Pence, accusing him of rape in the first degree, a victim under the age of twelve. Pence was arrested on Wednesday.
