Student is facing the assault charges for the track incident

Lynchburg, va. (WDBJ) – A Virginia student sportsman is experiencing a crime attack and a battery charge following a track incident.

It came during an interior track, the meeting last week at the Liberty University.

The video seems to look like Kaelen Tucker in Brookville high school, being hit behind the head with a cane, while passing Alaila Everett, a porch -land runner. The judges disqualified Everett for contact interference.

Lynchburg Commonwealth lawyer confirmed the accusation against Everett.
