The year 2025 began with an unmatched success for Lovely Professional University (LPU), two of its students from the final year who provided job packages that exceeded the Crore brand. SRI Vishnu, student B.tech Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), has shattered all records by providing an internal pack of 2.5 Crore 2.5 Crore, with a robotics and leading automation company. This achievement marks the highest package for a graduated student in India, recording the placement records on the Indian landscape and exceeding those of IITs, IIMs and Nit. Another impressive achievement comes from Betireddy Naga Vamsi Reddy, an ECE student from the last year, who has provided a remarkable package RS 1.03 Crore ($ 1,18,000) with a Robotics and Automation Company. In total, over 1,700 LPU students received offers from top MNCs, with packages ranging from RS 10 LPA to 2.5 crore. Hundreds of LPU students are working in renowned companies in the US, UK and Australia, providing packages that exceed Rs 1 Crore. Another LPU graduate is placed on a record package of Rs 3 Crore in a IT company. This exemplifies the power and global touch of LPU’s ability to produce highly qualified professionals. In total, 7,361 offers were extended to students from various B.Tech disciplines that provided placements with prestigious multinational companies, including Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, Microsoft, Cisco, PayPal and Amazon. Among them, the average package offered by the top MNCs was registered at Rs 16 LPA, emphasizing the high demand for LPU graduates on the labor market.

The previous placement season was just as impressive, the industry giants offering attractive compensation packages. Among the best paid companies, Palo Alto Networks led Rs 54.75 LPA, followed by Nutanix at Rs 53 LPA and Microsoft at Rs 52.20 LPA. A total of 1,912 multiple job offers were extended, 377 providing three offers, 97 with four, 18 with five and seven students who received up to six job offers. A standout, Adiraddy Vasu, a student B.Tech in electronic engineering and communication, has ensured an incredible seven job offers, setting a rare and impressive record.

In addition to the aforementioned companies, top recruiters such as Amazon (Rs 48.64 LPA), intuitive Ltd. (Rs 44.92 LPA), Servicenow (Rs 42.86 LPA), Cisco (Rs 40.13 LPA), PayPal (Rs 34.4 LPA), APNA (RS 34 LPA), Commveult (rs) and LPA) Scaler (Rs 32.50 LPA) were also attracted by the LPU accent on the development of skills and advanced technological expertise.

LPU graduates are highly sought after for their technical understanding, with prominent companies such as Accenture, Capgemini and TCS among the largest recruiters. Capgemini India PVT. LTD. has hired 736 students for senior analysts and analysts, while Mindtree hired 467 students for graduate engineers. Cognizant Technology Solutions also recruited 418 students for genc roles. Other top companies that have hired from LPU include accenture (279 employment), TCS (260 employment), KPIT TECHNOLOGI (229 employment), DXC technology (203 employment) and MPHASIS (94 employment).

Basic engineering disciplines, such as robotics and automation, electronic engineering and communication, computer engineering and mechanical engineering have seen the largest placement numbers, with industry leaders such as Palo Alto Networks, Silicon Labs, Trident Group, Nutanix, Autodesk and Amazon that are strongly recruited from these flows.
