FTI Consulting adds a risk of regulatory and expert according to Michael Herde to financial service offers

Washington, March 13, 2025 (Globe Newswire) – FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced today the appointment of Michael Herde as the Main General Manager in the Criminal Consulting and Litigation Segment.

Mr. Herde, who is based in Boston, is a risk expert and in more than 35 years of experience in financial services, including as head of compliance. His experience includes management of assets, assets management, trust and investments and bank consumers for both public and private companies.

In its role at the FTI Consulting, Mr. Herde will provide customers with strategic financial services, risk management and governance consultancy to lead the decisions that align with the organizational risk appetite.
