The video was released online on a site that accepts Allen, who was convicted last year in teenage crimes.

The 43-second video was shown in court, but the police issued only photos of the so-called “type of bridge” and audio of his voice saying “on the hill”.

The video shows Williams walking on a rural path behind the German with a man behind them. The last moments of the video are the last time the teenagers were heard or seen alive.

The video was released one day after Allen’s lawyers officially filed an appeal for his conviction.

A few days before Christmas, a judge Allen sentenced to 130 years in prison for the German killing and Williams.

Allen’s defense team filed a motion that detail the accusations of what they say were wrong. The defense claims that the crucial third -third samples were excluded from the trial.

The legal analyst of ABC7, Gil Soffer, said it would be a difficult argument to prove to a judge of appeal.

“The chances are against them and, for the most part, because if the arguments are that the judge has wrongly excluded the evidence or should admit evidence that he did not recognize, a great discretion is granted to the judges by the court of appeal, so he should really find that he made serious errors,” he said.

ABC7 spoke on Thursday morning with the German grandmother about the call, and she will only say “the family expected it.”
