Elmira – three people were arrested for various charges, including Petit Larceny and Criminal contempt in Chemung this week, according to Sheriff William A. Schrom.
Andrew S. Hazen, 42 years old, from Elmira, was arrested on March 12 for Petit Larceny, a Class A crime, after assuming he stole from Kohl to the city of Horseheads.
Hazen is issued a ticket to appear in the city of Horseheads at a later date.
Nickolai O. Bush, 22, from the Big Flats, was arrested on March 12 for criminal contempt in the first degree, a class offense, after having violated a protection order in the city of Chemung.
Bush is issued a ticket to appear in the Big Flats Town Court at a later date.
Christina L. Uhler, 38, from Elmira was arrested on March 13 for criminal impersonation in the second degree, a Class A crime, following a traffic stop in Erin.
Uhler is issued a ticket to appear at Erin Town Court at a later date.
