Montgomery firefighter accused of sending Lewd messages to the minor | News, sports, jobs

A 14 -year -old female, a junior firefighter, accused a member of the Montgomery Voluntary Fire Company of sending him unpleasant messages, the authorities said.

The alleged victim said that while sending Austin Mickel Diehl, 23, 1232 Pine Bark Lane, Mifflinburg, on the Snapchat socialization application, the conversation turned “strange,” according to the judicial documents.

As the conversation progressed, Diehl would have begun to compliment the minor’s body.

“(Sic) cute, but I know I’m much older than you,” It is assumed that Diehl said in one of the messages, the police said.

Improper messages started on January 5, 2024 and continued until he blocked him two days later, said a statement.

The alleged victim showed to the authorities three messages screenshots that Diehl sent to her, as well as two additional messages she sent to one of her friends.

The second woman confirmed to the police that Diehl sent Snapchat messages in which she also commented on her body and took screenshots and sent her to the alleged victim, said in a statement.

All five messages viewed by the police showed a selfie by Diehl wearing a hat and a garment of the Montgomery firefighter with overlapping messages.

Diehl was notified on two charges of harassing offenses by district judge Kirsten Gardner and released on $ 5,000.
