Seneca Falls woman is facing the charges of crime after internal dispute, material damages

A woman from Seneca Falls was arrested on Sunday morning following an internal dispute that led to material damages, according to the police department of Seneca Falls.

Carly M. Digande, 29 years old, was arrested at 4:58 AM on March 16, after causing damage inside a residence and subsequently vandalizing a vehicle. Authorities said he pushed several articles on a comfortable, creating what they described as a “substantial inconvenience” for the victim. After leaving the house, she scratched the paint along the surface of the victim’s car.

Digrande faces multiple accusations, including criminal mistakes in the third degree, an E; criminal mistakes in the fourth degree, a crime; and criminal manipulation in the third degree, a crime B.

She was processed to the Seneca Falls Police Department before being transported to the Law Center in Seneca county to wait for the notification. A protective order was requested on behalf of the victim.
