In a shocking incident, several students accused a college teacher of sexually abused, exploited and then registered the documents to blackmail them in Hathras in Uttar Pradesh.

The accused teacher, identified as Rajnish, was suspended after a wire was registered against him for the alleged sexual exploitation, an official said, as the news agency reported. Pti. The director of the college, Dr. Mahavir Singh, confirmed the suspension, and the rayon officials took a case.

The circle officer, Yogendra Krishna Narain, said the police had a thread against the teacher who was the head of the Geography Department of Seth Phool Chand Bagla PG College, after the accusations appeared. The wire was deposited in the sections of NBS 64 (2) (rape), 68 (sexual relations by a person in authority) and 75 (aggression or criminal force with the intention to ignore their modesty).

The disturbing images of the students who sexually aggressing Rajnish have gone viral on social networks, intensifying calls for a strict punishment.

An anonymous complaint

The incident appeared on March 13, after several students reported their complaints to the Local Police and the National Women’s Commission (NCW).

In their complaint, the students accused Rajnish of sexually exploited female students. The teacher used to dedicate himself into obscene acts with the girls and then used to exploit and make his videos, the applicant said in her letter last week and other senior officials.

The applicant also claimed that he had complained about this for the authorities, but no action has been taken yet.

They also shared photos that would have shown the teacher in objection positions with some students.

A detailed probe is in this regard, and the police are also trying to follow the anonymous plaintiff, Narain added.

However, the accused teacher, who is on the run, said he is facing such charges in the last 18 months and several investigations have been organized.

Meanwhile, the district magistrate has formed a four members committing, including the subdivisional magistrate, the deputy police superintendent, Tehsildar and the rational education officer.
