Attempted theft in the bank at Aruppkottai

A bank attempt at Tamil Nadu Grama Bank was forged after an anti-balloning alarm came out on Sunday night.

According to sources, unidentified people cut three rods of a window and entered the bank building. However, when one of them tried to catch the thread of a closed circuit television room, the alarm was extinguished. The panicked burglars fled from the spot.

Based on a complaint from the bank manager, the police in the city of Aruppkottai is investigated.

In the past, two similar theft attempts were made in the same bank, according to police sources.
