Suspect of theft arrested in the center of Minot city Monday morning

Minot, ND (KMOT)-a 33-year-old man was arrested on Monday morning, after entering a business in the center of Minot, the police say.

Officers reported to see the suspect who ran out of place on the spot around 5:30

They say he forced the entrance to the building, but did not take objects.

The suspect also had three outstanding mandates, who included two for the disobedience of a judicial order and one for leadership under suspension or revocation.

The police say he was accused of theft and the refusal to stop.

The case is under investigation.
