Member of the children’s band accused of sexually abused 11 years ago two decades ago

A member of a popular band of local children is accused of sexually abused by one child more than two decades ago.

Stephen Bottino, 58, from Gansevort, was accused of sexual abuse. The victim is less than 11 years old, according to the sheriff’s office in Saratoga county.

Bottino is a member of the Zucchini brothers. The alleged offense happened in 2003, investigators said. Police received the complaint of sexual assault last Tuesday.

Bottino was notified at Clifton Park Town Court and released.
