Deputy District Lawyer, Jessica Washington, who follows the case with Will Hix, told the jurors in the opening statements on Monday that the oldest memories of the victim’s alleged childhood are Hilliard, forcing him to have oral sex until he threw when he was 3.

Sexual abuse continued for nine years and stopped only after Hilliard and her mother broke up, Washington said. After the separation, the girl’s mother found photos of her daughter on her daughter’s phone, which she considered too mature for her age and asked her about them.

Then, the girl made her first shout for sexual abuse against Hilliard, Washington said.

Hilliard’s lawyer, Noemi Collie, from Dallas, did not make a statement to open the jury on Monday.

The Waco police officer Sabrea Swanton opened a criminal prosecution testimony, telling the jury that she was called to the hospital to meet her and her parents, after the girl reported sexual abuse in 2019.

She said she took a report and transmitted the information to the Crimes Crimes Against for children for investigation.

The testimony of criminal prosecution will resume on Tuesday.
