Nicholas Prosper: The teenager who killed the family “Planned to kill at least 30 schoolchildren” | UK News

A teenager obsessed with mass killings who killed three members of his family traveling to his old primary school when he was arrested.

Nicholas Prosper, 19 years old, shot his mother Juliana Falcon, 48, 13 -year -old Sister Giselle, and shot her brother Kyle, at their family’s house in September 13 last year.

But he did not intend to stop there, according to prosecutor Timothy Cray Kc, who told Luton Crown Court that he prepared the crimes “for months” and wanted to kill at least 30 schoolchildren.

“His planning was cold, deliberate and without sympathy or emotion towards real victims or potential victims,” he said, speaking to Prosper’s conviction.

However, the “main desire” was “to get a sustainable notoriety as a mass criminal,” added Mr. Cray, especially to “imitate and even overcome other mass killers from all over the world.”

“He has conducted in -depth research on the internet on shootings in the United States, Norway, Australia and New Zealand,” he said.

“He understood that his plans, if realized, would bring the largest number of deaths in a school or other mass shoots in the United Kingdom and, possibly, even in the United States.”

The investigation suggests that the defendant “acted alone”, he added and “his plans did not appear for any political or ideological cause.”

Terrible crimes

Prosper never arrived at the Catholic primary school of St Joseph, who was three quarters of his home, while the police arrested after escaping into an wooded area.

After leaving, the officers entered the apartment of his family around 5.50, following a call from a neighbor.

There, the court heard that they found Prosper’s younger sister under a dining table in the living room, “as if he had tried to hide there.”

His mother and brother – who were stabbed more than 100 times – were both found in the hall.

He had planned to kill his family in his sleep, but when his mother realized that something was wrong and caused him, he led to “an extended violent struggle.”

After the horrible and noisy attack on the members of his family, Prosper knew that the police would be on the road and so he had to leave three hours earlier than he had anticipated.

He had hidden the rifle and cartridges nearby.

Prosper has recognized the crimes in a hearing last month, as well as purchased a rifle without certificate, holding a rifle with the intention of endangering the life and holding a kitchen knife in a public place.

Long -lasting plans

These killings have been planned for more than a year, heard the court, Prosper managed to buy a rifle with a false firearms certificate.

He set up a black, yellow uniform that he wanted to wear for one of his killing and filmed a video about himself holding a wooden board like a mocking gun.
