Trump requests the judge who tried to block the immigration order

US President Donald Trump on Tuesday asked for a federal judge who tried to block the use of his war legislation administration to deport suspect members of the Venezuelan band.

On social networks, Trump broke out the judge as a “left -hander radical” and “producer of problems” that was not chosen, but named by former Democrat President Barack Obama.

Trump has not appointed any judge, but it is believed that the chief judge James E. Boasberg from the DC Court of DC meant, as he tried to block the administration movement on Saturday. Boasberg was appointed by Obama in 2010 and confirmed by the US Senate next year, like all federal judges, including hundreds called by Trump.

Trump won the elections from November last year with 49.97% of the votes, according to official results.

He accused the judge of prevented his efforts to eliminate “vicious, violent and dementia” from the US, claiming to do what the voters asked for.

“This judge, like many of the crooked judges”, are obliged to appear before, should be imposed, “he added, but he did not show any criminal acts by the judge.

The judge’s decision, issued on Saturday, sought to temporarily stop the deportation of the Venezuelian nationals linked to the Venezuelean gang and later extended the order to cover all the citizens affected by Trump’s proclamation.

Critics say they were deported without an adequate process, without any chance to show that they are not members of any band. Lawyers for many say that men were not members of the band and thus were illegally deported.

Boasberg also said that the government ignored its decision to stop or reverse men’s deportation.

The law against extraterrestrial enemies, a war law, allows the president to retain or deport non-cities of hostile nations, but at present there is no declaration of war by Congress.
