13 -year -old police arrest on charge of murder for deadly stolen

Albuerque, NM-Police arrested a 13-year-old accused of killing for intentionally collapsed a stolen car in a man on a bicycle and killed.

The police accused Jonathan Overbay, 13 years old. They accuse Overbay and his friends – who are 15 and 11 years old – that they made videos about the accident.

The accident happened early in the morning in May, at a few blocks at Grant Middle School. The cyclist, Scott Dwight Habermehl, was assumed to work to work at Sandia National Labs.

Investigators claim that boys can be heard planning to hit the cyclist. According to the police, the 11 -year -old waved and a weapon and laughed during the accident.

The 11 -year -old is too young to be charged with murder. The police work with the Bernalllo and Cyfd district prosecutor on accusation.
