Romford officers will appear in documentary Channel 5

The film crew from the Raw Cut Television production company, part of Zinc Media Group, visited Romford on March 7, as part of a new documentary with the work title that hunted Shoplifters.

Set to be broadcast on Channel 5 at the beginning of May, according to the Romford (BID) business improvement district, the show will examine the increased crime and what various cities from all over the country do this.

For Romford, that meant from the activity of Chris Levy and Khan Hunter – part of my local team Bobby in the city, approaching problems as Shoplifting and antisocial behavior.

Romford, Julie Frost, who said he was approached by Raw Cut about the documentary, said: “They spent the day with us to talk to me, to talk to a few business, then they went with Chris and Khan – practically what they did.

“Immediately, I went out and there was a problem at the B&M, so they left and sorted it -you see that the room that runs along the strokes.

“It was a good day and because we managed to talk throughout everyone, what helped (cut off) to understand what we do.”

Hovering police were also involved in filming, sharing CCTV and Bodycam images of a sale incident, as well as organized an interview with one of their sergeants.

DNA Frost said that the Romford offer is “proud” by his partnership with the police and my local Bobby and wanted to “present” this in the documentary.

“Romford often gets a bad name for crime but it is so many that people don’t know that it happens,” she said for Recorder.

The Romford auction signed a contract with my local Bobby in August 2023.

The security organization works with local businesses and the council that took place to address shopping and antisocial behavior, an undercover team has also focused on prolific criminals.

Raw Cut Television confirmed the work title for the documentary as a shopping hunt, but refused to comment on.
