South Bend, ind. (Wndu)-a teenager South Bend, who is accused of shooting a 15-year-old girl in front, near Christmas, pleaded innocent of her accusations.
The shooting is One of the three cases related to the weapon Removed against Carter Dixon, aged 15, in the adult court, after the court of minors found that his alleged acts are “attractive” and “aggravating”. Prosecutors say that Dixon was 14 years old at the time of these incidents.
In addition to Shooting on Christmas DayWho left the 15-year-old girl with a broken jaw and dislocated teeth, Dixon is accused of two separate incidents in November, in which he was supposed to shoot a firearm in a house and had a “dangerous firearm” in his possession.
Dixon is facing six charges in total, including a number of aggravated battery offenses, two charges of criminal recklessness and three charges of dangerous ownership of a firearm.
Conformable MycaseDixon appeared in court on Monday and entered preliminary reasons for all his accusations.
He will return to court for another hearing on April 1.
