Third suspect arrested in SC for reinforced robbery in Robeson County

Robeson County, NC (WMBF) – North Carolina deputies said a South Carolina man was arrested on a recent armed robbery.

The office of the sheriff in Robeson County said that 32 -year -old Jeremy Sealey was arrested on Sumter, South Carolina on Tuesday. He is accused of conspiracy of crime, robbery with a dangerous weapon, second -degree kidnapping and crime attack.

Sealey is owned at the detention center in Sumter County, without waiting for extradition.

These accusations are related to an incident of February 21, in which the deputies said that three men robbed the Bill Cox food store in Lumberton. The owner of the 90 -year -old store was also assaulted, according to the authorities.

The Reed Legend, 20 years old, from Sumter, turned to the past Thursday. Deputies said Reed will be extradited from Sumter in North Carolina at a later date.

Reed is accused of crime conspiracy, robbery with a dangerous weapon, second -degree kidnapping and offense attack.

The first arrest of the file was made on March 3, when Cionte Owens, 24, was arrested in Sumter. Officials said he has given up extradition and will be sent back to North Carolina for his first appearance in court.
