Lead police after the man was found dead at school

A CCTV image shows a man who wore a black cap, a black coat with a white hood and a green top with a large Nike logo over it. It has a bag strap over the shoulder. He is seen from top and looks down, but seems to be in a door of the store. There is a glass behind him and there are blue shopping baskets stacked on one side.

A few months after a man was found dead in an abandoned school in Stoke-on-Streent, the police are still unable to say who he is.

The man, who was about 40 to 50, was found in a building in Elgood Lane, Goldenhill, on January 25th.

The officers spent months to identify and highlighted CCTV, forensics and DNA, but said they “exhausted all the lines of investigation”.

Staffordshire police treat the man’s death is unexplained, and the detectives have not found suspicious circumstances.

Investigators worked that the man was in Newcastle-ion-Lyme High Street on January 2.

They said that the man, who had a big construction and was bald with a gray beard, wore a nike coat with a white hood, gray nike bottoms, light blue nike coaches, a black cap and a shoulder bag.

A call was made for any information that can help identify it and a CCTV image has been launched.

“If you recognize the man in the picture, get in touch,” said a police spokesman.
