A teenager is dead after a Saturday morning shooting early and a second man is injured after a separated shooting incident on Friday night.

The 19 -year -old victim in the fatal shooting was walking with a family member in the McCullough Corner area, on East Street, around 2.15, when the pair was approached by a single gunman who opened the fire.

The police were warned about the firearms by the Shotspotter technology.

The victim was taken to the ambulance hospital, but later died because of his wounds.

In the second incident, a 58-year-old man was shot on Friday around 10.50 pm.

A man reported that he shot the victim at the top of the body after the police said he was involved in a “physical confrontation” with his victim and his son.

The victim was taken to the hospital by the private vehicle, and his condition was reported to be threatened by life.

Again, the police were warned about the firearm by Shotoppter. The incident took place in the Farrington Road and Sara Robinson Road area.

The police also report that they are investigating an alleged suicide attempt by a 26 -year -old woman, at a residence of Fraser allocation. The officers were alerted before 11 am. According to information, the woman ingested a large amount of medicines without sale on Thursday, after 6:30 pm.

She was taken to the hospital by ambulance for further treatment and evaluations.
