Colony Area Weekly Police Blotter: Criminal mistakes

Colony – A Stillwater man faces multiple accusations after entering two residences without permission in the same neighborhood on Saturday, March 1st.

32 -year -old Christian Coy would have illegally entered the Knapp Terrace and Danforth Street houses and damaged the front door of one of the residences.

He was accused of third -degree criminal mistakes, a crime and two charges of criminal offenses, both offenses. The inhabitants of one of the properties have requested a complete protection order.

Coy had previously been arrested in December in Colonnie for the possession of criminal cocaine related to an incident at Latham Inn and Suits in November.

In this case, he was taken to the Hospital of the Albany Medical Center for treatment related to cold exposure. The judge of Town Colonia, David Green, authorized his release on a ticket for Tuesday, March 19th.

Internal taxes

Colony – A man from Schenectady turned to the Colonia Police, Monday, March 3, for an incident that took place in the colony on February 15th.

Cameron Conery, 36 years old, was accused of two charges of every criminal contempt for the first degree and aggravated crime, both offenses and an acting number in a harmful manner, a crime.

A ticket was issued for Tuesday, March 12.

Grand Larceny

Colony -A woman from Albany, 38, was accused of Larceny from Grand to Monday, March 3, following three incidents of sale in Kohl and Boscov’s in November.

Meghan Radigan was accused by Larceny, a crime and was notified in the Town Colony court by Judge Andrew Sommers.

Gas station robberies

Colony – A homeless man was transported from Albany County Prison on Wednesday, March 5, to deal with accusations related to two gas station robberies in February.

Luke Thomsen, 44, has been accused of two third -degree robbery charges and a number of second -degree criminal mistakes, all crimes, as well as two Larceny Petit charges and two accusations of threats, all crimes.

He was convicted by Judge Coloni Town Andrew Sommers.

Chase and Dwi

Colony -A man from Schenectady, 34 years old, is facing multiple accusations after led the colony police on a chase. Central, Tuesday, March 4.

The officers tried to stop the man for irregular leadership, but ran before he was caught at a short distance.

He was accused of DWI and obstructed the government administration, both offenses, and issued tickets for traffic violations, including speed, the failure to stay on a single band, following the improper signal, the open container and the refusal to take a breathing test.

He was issued with a ticket for Monday, March 17th.

Larceny and cocaine

Latham – The police in the coloni responded to Walmart on Loudon Road for a Larceny on Wednesday, March 5 and took a man Albany in arrest.

According to reports, James White, 37, assumed to take items from the store. A search revealed that he had 1.6 grams of cracked cocaine in his possession. He was accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, a crime and petit Larceny, an offense.

He was convicted by Judge Coloni Town Andrew Sommers.

Dwi and cocaine

Latham -A 46 -year -old Waterford man is experiencing DWI and drug accusations after a stop on trafficking in Loudon Road, Friday, March 7th.

According to the reports, at 3:40 am, the Colonie Police stopped the vehicle because it did not keep it correctly. The officers noticed that the man had an inclined speech, glassy eyes and a smell of alcohol on his breath.

He failed sobriety tests on the ground. A junkie found on the passenger floor contained a white powder that later tested for cocaine.

He was arrested and subsequently accused by DWI and the criminal possession of a controlled substance, both offenses, and was a ticket for the correct non -compliance and refusing to do a breath test. Monday, March 17, was issued a ticket for the Town Town Court.

Jaf and Larceny

Colony – On Friday, March 7, the deputies of the Sheriff in Rensselaer County have transformed a Rensselaer woman to the Colonie Police to face the accusations related to two incidents at Latham.

According to the reports, Rebecca Burd, 55 years old, would have stolen items from the store on July 28 and again on March 5. She was accused of a third-degree robbery, a crime and two accusations of Larceny Petit, an offense and harassment-physical accounting, a violation.

Burd was notified and sent to prison in Albany County.

Mandate arrests this week

Mark Hebert, 41 years old, from Albany, was a passenger in a car on Saturday, March 8, and proved to be searched by the police in Scotland. He was transported to meet officers from that department.

It was found that Robert Lee, 47, from Albany, had an exceptional term from Colonia Town Court because he did not present while being near the Northway entrance to Wolf Road, Monday, March 10th. Lee was sent to prison in Albany County, as a pre-lease.

Robert Shufelt, 42, from Rensselaer, turned on Monday, March 10, for an exceptional term for not presenting at the Colon Town Court in October. He was processed and noticed.

Maxwell Addy-Bruuskiewicz, 27, who is homeless, Monday, March 10, because he did not appear in Town Court colonies in February. He was notified.

Michael Maye, 55, from Albany, was stopped in Albany by Sheriff on Tuesday, March 11 and found that he has an outstanding mandate in Colonnie because he did not appear before the court in February. It was awarded a ticket for March 17.

Azaranique Clow, 18 years old, from Albany, was transformed into Colonie Police Wednesday, March 12, because she did not show up in court in February.

Angel Feliciano, 30 years old, from cohoes, was given up by the Cohoes Police on Wednesday, March 12, for an outstanding mandate because he did not appear in court in May 2024. He was notified.
