The director who offered the role of the Mahakumbh Viral Girl Monalis

The producer of Sanoj Mishra, who offered Mahakumbh Viral Girl Monalisa, was arrested on Delhi on Monday for raping an aspirant actress several times after he lured him with Stardom’s promise. Police Nabi Karim made the arrest after the High Court of Delhi rejected Mishra’s bail.

According to the reports, the victim, who comes from a small city, told his complaint to the police that Mishra contacted him in 2020 through Instagram and Tiktok socializing applications while living in Jhansi. After several exchanges online, Mishra went to Jhansi on June 17, 2021 and called her. When he refused to see him, Mishra threatened to die by suicide, after which he agreed to meet him the next day.

She claimed that the filmmaker then led her to a resort on June 18, assaulted her sexually after giving her intoxicants and recorded obscene videos about her, which Mishra threatened to make viral if she did not listen to her requirements. She also claimed that Mishra met her several times again and did the same while promising marriage and film opportunities.

Mishra was previously in the news when reports about a complaint from him that led to a thread against five people who made serious accusations against him. The reports said that one of the individuals claimed that Mishra would “spoil” Monalisa’s career, because none of the films he has done so far has seen the light of day.
