Accusation of murder filed in the shot of Pickki County

A shot over the weekend in St. Robert, Missouri, led to an accusation of murder for a dixon man, Missouri.

Colin L. Mar, 21 years old, is accused of killing second degree and armed criminal actions in a Saturday night death.

The sheriff’s office found a man who had been shot and two other people in the house when they arrived, but was not there, according to a probable statement. A witness told investigators that he shot the victim who did not identify them publicly-in self-defense, the statement said.

The investigators were skeptical of her story, and the woman later admitted that Mar was shot the victim after an argument, the statement said. The victim was shot in the back, shoulder area and upper chest.

The statement says that the evidence does not support a statement that Mar was defended by the victim. Six peel housings were found inside the house.

On Monday afterwards it was not clear if Mar was under arrest. The sheriff’s office posted the photo on social networks on Sunday, asking the public to help the deputies to find it.
