Woman arrested at the border El Paso in the Ulta Beauty Cosmetics thefts

Detectives of El County Sheriff Paso Arrested a woman and continues to look for other suspects in shopping stores of thousands of dollars worth cosmetics from Ulta Beauty Store At Eastlake Marketplace, officials said.
