Late Commissioner at the County Council meeting blames the Pavilion planting event in which he never attended

It seems that a Dauphin County Commissioner was caught in a situation after attending a meeting of the Board of Directors on April 2.

Commissioner George Hartwick was scheduled to be at a pavilion planting event in the chapter hosted by Pa Family Support Alliance – an event organized to raise awareness of the prevention of abuse of children.

A PFSA spokesman launched a statement to CBS 21, saying that Commissioner Hartwick was foreseen to offer observations at the event, but it seems not to be presented.

Pa Family Support Alliance invited all three commissioners in Dauphin county to the planting event this morning in the chapter. Commissioner Hartwick has replied that he will participate and that he is expected to provide observations and present a county proclamation that recognizes the month of child abuse. No PFSA personnel saw the commissioner in planting the flag or our Blue Ribbon champions for the premiere ceremony for children.

Commissioner Hartwick was later seen at the Commissioner’s Board of Directors after it was presented late. Commissioner Justin Douglas then gave Hardwick to talk about his time at the event, saying, “Commissioner Hartwick, just plant flags in the chapter. Do you want to share a little about it?”

Commissioner Hartwick said, saying that “it is the month of preventing abuse of children” and, finally, I appreciate you … “before his speech is detached.

At one point, the Commissioner tries to regain his thinking train after he removed his glasses and exclaimed: “Oh, my goodness.” Finally, Hartwick attributed the latency that he was at the planting event of the flag, saying: “I appreciate you allowed me to be here late.”
